Not really. You're just cutting away the outer pixels you don't want. The part you keep stays exactly the same quality, though the overall image dimensions will obviously be smaller.

We save your cropped image as a high-quality PNG. This makes sure we don't accidentally compress or mess up the remaining pixels before you download it.
